Two days, $1,500, over 25 volunteers, 350 hours of service and one VERY happy family. A Journey Home is our version of an extreme home makeover where we provide furniture, beds, sheets, towels, kitchenware, decorations, and anything else to make a house a home.  For this home, we worked with a single mom with 3 children who had previously been homeless, moved into a transitional housing shelter, and was now living in a place of their own. The transformation was overwhelming and many, many thanks go to everyone who gave of themselves sacrificially. You have radically changed not only this house, but the lives of this family!
